YOUR GUIDE

Hey beautiful soul, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Jessica a lifelong student of healing, spirituality, and the deeper layers of what it means to be human.

My path into this work wasn’t just born from curiosity, it was shaped through lived experience.

Through my husband’s journey with PTSD, my own struggles with mental health and an eating disorder, and the health challenges my son and I faced, I was brought into a deep unraveling. What once felt like breaking became the doorway into healing, and ultimately, a remembrance of who we are beneath our pain.

But my connection to the unseen began long before that.

As a young child, I was deeply intuitive.. sensing, feeling, and understanding things I couldn’t always explain. Over time, like many, I learned to quiet that part of myself. It wasn’t until my late twenties, during a profound period of transformation, that I reconnected with it this time with intention, grounding, and a deeper sense of purpose.

I believe our greatest challenges hold the potential for our most meaningful growth. What we often see as struggle can become the very thing that guides us back to ourselves.

Today, my work blends holistic wellness, energy healing, intuitive guidance, and root cause approaches to support deep, lasting transformation. I draw from both ancient traditions and modern practices to help you gently uncover patterns, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your natural state of wholeness.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to see that illness and imbalance are often messengers pointing us toward deeper emotional roots, stored experiences, and inherited patterns. Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about integrating all parts of who you are.

Nature and my Plant allies have been my greatest teachers. Through working with natural modalities and deepening my connection to the Earth, I’ve experienced profound healing. Something I now help others access in a grounded and intentional way.

My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your healing journey at your own pace without pressure or judgment.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, emotional healing, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to do it alone.

Healing is not just about restoring balance, it’s about remembering who you are.

Plant wisdom has been a profound catalyst in my personal healing journey. Through working with a variety of plant allies, I’ve experienced deep transformation, grounding, and reconnection. Something I now hold with great respect and intention in my work with others.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work, continuing to deepen my understanding of human behavior, trauma, and integrative healing.

I’m devoted to ongoing learning and regularly expand my knowledge through continued education and mentorship. My studies include astro-herbalism, breathwork, genetics and root-cause healing, and traditional healing practices such as Curanderismo.

I’ve had the honor of learning from a range of mentors, teachers and lineages, each offering unique perspectives that have shaped my approach. Rather than identifying with a single title or path, I see my work as an integration of many disciplines bridging ancient wisdom with modern understanding.

At my core, I am a lifelong student committed to growth, humility, and walking this path with integrity.

If you feel called to this work, I welcome you.
