I'm Jessica, a lifelong student and initiate of the divine mysteries. An Aries Sun, Pisces Moon, and Cancer Rising in Western astrology, and a Pisces Sun, Pisces Moon, and Cancer Rising in Vedic. My journey into healing, spirituality, and the unseen realms was not born from mere curiosity, it was forged in the fire of my own Dark Night of the Soul. My husband's PTSD from active duty, my own struggle with mental health and an eating disorder, and the profound health challenges both my son and I faced became the catalysts for my awakening. It was through navigating these hardships that I encountered the divine gnosis. The sacred remembrance of who we truly are beyond our suffering.

Like the ancient alchemists who turned lead into gold, I believe our greatest struggles hold the potential for our most profound growth.

As a Board Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Alchemist, Shamanic & Curandera Student, Intuitive, and Practitioner for My Happy Genes specializing in genetic testing and root cause healing, I fuse traditional and ancient healing practices with modern techniques to guide others toward wholeness. I am also training to become a Gene Keys Guide, further deepening my understanding of the unique codes we each carry for transformation and purpose.

I have walked many paths—Mother, Wife, Oracle & Seer, Naturopathic Practitioner, Alchemist, Medical Assistant, Teacher, Sound & Biofield Healer, Yoga, Pranayama, Mudra & Chanting Teacher, Intuitive, Reiki Master & Teacher, Facilitator, Ceremonialist, Psychedelic Integration Coach, Hairstylist, Model, YouTuber—the list continues to evolve, just as I do. I will be a forever student of life and will never stop learning and being open minded. Each role has been a chapter in my story, teaching me resilience, empathy, and the art of transmutation.

Through my personal healing journey, I’ve learned that illness is often a messenger, revealing the emotional roots of our "dis-ease" and the programming we carry from childhood. I’ve spent years unraveling deep-seated traumas, engaging in shadow work, and embracing both the light and the darkness within. Because there is medicine in everything—the joy and the sorrow, the clarity and the confusion. Healing is a process of integration, and I believe that by facing our shadows, we reclaim our wholeness.

Nature and plant spirits have been my greatest allies. From the wisdom of plant medicines and homeopathy to the simple yet profound act of sitting in silence with Pachamama, I have experienced deep healing and transformation. The Earth speaks if we are willing to listen. My mission is to share this wisdom, guiding others toward self-discovery, conscious living, and the remembrance of their innate wholeness. By honoring the sacred teachings of plants and holistic healing modalities, we can find true well-being, ecological harmony, and a greater sense of purpose.

I am here to create a nurturing space for others to explore these realms safely and responsibly. Whether through ceremony, mentorship, or holistic guidance, I am dedicated to empowering individuals with natural alternatives and helping them move beyond the limitations of conventional medicine. Healing is not just about restoring balance—it is about awakening to the truth of who we are.
